    TRUTH

    Truth... Ah.. the dear sweet truth. It radiates upon you like the clear blue sky.

    But down below on a clear Sunday afternoon, a blood curdling screech can be heard....

     

    An angry little liar is running in panicked little circles in the front lawn. She is pulling her hair and scratching her own eyes as she screams at the top of her angry little lungs,

    "AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! The sky is green and the grass is blue! AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!"

     

    Under a clear blue sky on a sunny Sunday afternoon, this angry little liar has worked herself into a frenzy.

     

    The neighbors have heard her screechy little screams, so now they've come to the window to see what all the fuss is about.

     

    "AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!" she screams again. "The sky is Green and the grass is Blue! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!"

     

    One of the neighbors, (the one who isn't so wise), leaps down the staircase and rushes to the front lawn. He is appalled and distraught at the news. He tears his clothes and claws at his eyes. He pulls his hair in distress, and he joins the angry little liar as they together run in panicked little circles screaming at the top of their lungs, "AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! The sky is green and the grass is blue! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

     

    The second neighbor, (one who is a bit more wise), she too hears the ruckus and hurries to the front yard.

    "Why all this ruckus on a Sunday afternoon?" she asks. They of course reply in the only way they know how, "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! The sky is Green and the grass is Blue!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

     

    So what should the wise neighbor do? Should she tear her clothes in distress and pull her hair as she runs in panicked little circles screaming AHHHHH?

     

    Nay.

     

    Open your eyes and look up at the sky. See for yourself whether it is Blue or Green.

     

    The wise neighbor looks up at the clear blue sky. And she looks down to see beautiful green grass at her feet.

     

    The wise neighbor replies, "I can see the sky and the sky is blue. And the grass underneath your feet, It is even green.

    You are surely just an angry little liar."

     

     

    The wise neighbor is correct. That is surely just an angry little liar.

    But don't you fret.

    They can't make the sky green by screaming that it's green.

    They can't turn the grass blue by screeching that it's blue.

    The truth is what the truth is.

    The sky IS Blue. The grass IS green.

    So sit back, relax, and CHILL! It's just a Sunny Sunday afternoon.

    Pour yourself a cool drink of lemonade and put one of those little umbrellas
    in it just for the fun of it. Now you can sip your cool lemonade while you read This Time Magazine!

     

    And as for the angry little liar and the unwise neighbor, do they get to
    sit back and relax and sip cool lemonade on a Sunny Sunday afternoon?

     

     

    Neigh... Jovial laugh

     

     

    Neigh again? Yes. It's haylarious!

    I am a Model better known as Miss São Paulo and I am passionate about fashion. I am a Fashionista who aims to become a reference for women who celebrate fashion and all that it entails.


    I am reaching all women who like fashion, who like to look good and above all to feel safe and confident in themselves. I represent entrepreneurial and empowered women who transmit the beauty they carry inside on the outside.

     

    Since I was a little girl, I used to see the supermodel Gisele Bundchen and she was always an inspiration, and I also loved the beauty pageants in which I keep more than 10 bands with much love!

    I love to photograph, record, and be on the catwalk. It's a pleasure for me.

     

    I love to travel! Whether I'm traveling for pleasure or for work, it gives me the chance to discover different cultures and inspires me to connect me with new people and experiences.

     

    The biggest obstacle I have faced in my career, without a doubt, is the difficulty I faced breaking into this business, and not giving up when I was told "no". There are lots of fraudulent agencies that try to play with your dreams so navigating through this type of thing is not easy at all.

     

    You have to be strong and have a clear objective to move forward. Whether with roses or thorns in your hand, you have to keep chasing your dream and fight for it. What we desire with the heart and what we want very much comes to us. Believe it!

     

    I hope to one day have a TV show in the United States and work on a movie in Hollywood. I want people to remember me as an icon of fashion, strength and perseverance!

    Tell us more about your career as a photographer.

     

    I am a photographer and videographer who specializes in documentarian type photography and any type of videography. I call myself a unicorn because I can capture just about anything! I knew this was the right move for me because every time I questioned myself and asked if this was the right path for me, a door would open and everything would feel right.

    I enjoy meeting all different types of people. I love my clients and I love capturing moments that hang on the walls of their homes.

    Honestly, getting started was the hardest obstacle I faced. I was very fortunate to have the help of my family to get me off my feet, but it definitely was a grind.

    It's my dream to go on tour with either Justin Timberlake or Taylor Swift and create content for them!

    Overall, I have been blessed to capture a lot of neat things leading up to now in my career, but I always put my clients first and want them to walk away pleased and happy with their photos and videos at the end of the day.

    I want them to walk away saying

    As the founder of the Families of Change Movement I am passionate about equipping moms to operate with confidence to execute proven strategies to build stronger families. Around the winter of 2019, during a prayer time, I heard it was time to write a book called Mother of Change. I ended up publishing it in January of 2020 with approximately 400 pages.

    Honestly, I surprised myself with the quantity of pages. It was definitely a labor of love. As a confidence coach, I love to empower women to walk in their full potential of who they were created to be. Each human is unique and each of us has a special super power. When I can help a woman discover her super power and operate in it, that’s exciting. Life is filled with obstacles and when you have a large family like I do, the obstacles can increase. However, I would have to say the common hurdle in my earlier days was mindset. But now that I have identified self-defeating and intrusive thoughts, I can make a conscious decision to shift my perspective immediately, moving those hurdles out of the way quicker.

    I love to speak. I have two speaking styles. One style is a detailed trainer, but my favorite speaking engagements are when I can speak powerfully with a prophetic flow.

    If the phone rang and it was a Lifeway Women’s Conference speaking opportunity, I would celebrate!

    My life is not about my career but about my legacy. Everyday I work to leave my imprint on this world. So I write books, I make videos and I try to touch lives every single day. When I am long gone I want to leave resources behind for generations of moms to be trained and equipped to live fiercely and with purpose. I want to be remembered as the Mother of Change who raised up generations of Mothers of Change!

    Tell us more about your career as a Model.

     

    I'm an award-winning model, model trainer and also an actor. I started modeling in 2017 and I have been featured on many runways and commercial events. Some of the awards I took are Best male model of the year 2020/2021,

     

    And best photogenic international male model of the year from Ghana. My social media accounts talk more about me.

    In 2017 I was scouted for my first ever international fashion week.

     

    One thing I love is the fact that I dare to be different due to my passion for modeling.

     

    One of the biggest obstacles I faced in my career is the fact that I was rejected so many times before I got my first break. But I had to deal with it by being consistent and working hard.

     

    I would love to have the opportunity to walk in London fashion week, it's a big dream for me

     

    I want people to remember the impact I leave with my modeling and the runways I walk.

    Tell us more about your career as a Counselor. 

     

     

    I primarily work with children ages 10-15 with various modalities of therapy including but not limited to play therapy, talk therapy, art therapy and music therapy and their family members. I also specialize in couple and family therapy. I knew that being a counselor was in my destiny after seeing my mother, Dr. Jeanie Woolledge, LPC. She became a counselor when I was eight years old and I saw how much she loved what she did. I wanted to help people like she did and I knew my feelings very well. Obviously, I grew up with a counselor and that was very natural for me. I wanted to be the change the world needed and I wanted to see others happier than when they came to my door. I wanted to inspire and show others to believe that better things were coming their way if they believed. I knew when I was little I would be a change agent and I realized it was through counseling others. The main thing I love the most about what I do is working with my patients. I have to say I am a bit biased, but my patients are the best. They are always evolving and growing to be the best they can be. They inspire me daily and encourage me to always keep trying. Sometimes I do not even think they realize how much of an effect they have on me. They are my reason for working and living. Everyday I get up looking forward to going to work and making a difference in their lives. The biggest obstacle I have had to face in my career was going running out of time to see people and not being able to help everyone that calls us. There is not enough time in the day or week to help all of those in need. In fact, I feel terrible, but we have a waiting list of countless people who need help. There is just one of me and so many struggling. It is a huge obstacle because my goal is to help everyone I can, but time is a limitation for me. If my dream opportunity presented itself to me It would come in the form of someone calling me saying you have more time and energy to help more people. I truly dedicate my life to helping others and I always want to give back. I just wish I had the time and energy to keep on keeping. I find these days I am a bit more sluggish because of the workload. But I am always ready to lend an ear and share with a caring heart as many people as I can. "I want people to remember me as caring and loving. I want to be a therapist that helps people leave with their heart full and healed. It is not easy when we are going through hard times to feel good, but with my help that is the goal. I always want people to come to therapy needing something and leaving with everything good. I want to be the person that changes lives every day for the better.

    Tell us more about your exciting career.

     

     

    My brand has been developed over the last decade. It started as Duff Balloons, where I became the Fastest Balloon Modeller in the world. I gained multiple Guinness World Records when appearing on TV shows such as Britain's Got Talent, Blue Peter and CBBC's Officially Amazing. I was a Semifinalst on Britain's Got Talent in 2017 and I also appeared on the 2020 series. My auditions have gained over 100 million views worldwide. I have also appeared on Ninja Warrior UK, reaching the Semifinals in 2018. Hence the development of my character from my original brand Duff Balloons to Duff the Balloon Ninja.

     

    In 2022, I opened a large indoor soft play area to host children's parties. It's called Duff Land and it is the epicentre of my creative world. DUFF stands for Dream Up Fantastic Fun and that encompasses my life as father of 7 children. I knew that it was the right path when I had almost immediate global success. I was on TV within 2 years of teaching myself how to make balloons through watching YouTube videos.

     

    Putting all the achievements aside, the real reason I know I was meant to do what I am doing is because I can see the excitement in children's eyes when I entertain them. My life's ambition has been to create positive experiences and I am grateful to have the opportunity to do so. That said, I started at the age of 35 and if you asked a younger version of me if this is what I was supposed to do I wouldn't have believed you. I spent my early life in academia and a very successful career as a Project Manager, gaining a Degree in Engineering, Masters in Design, as well as a multitude of other professional qualifications. I spent over 17 years working in the Private, Public and Community Sector. Only in the last 6 months have I stepped away to follow my dreams of entrepreneurship, with my first venture being Duff Land.

     

    I enjoy meeting and entertaining children and families, engaging in positive experiences, and making memories that will last. My biggest obstacle was failing to achieve a Guinness World Record on Britian's Got Talent in the LIVE semifinals. It was watched by over 8 million people. I equalled it, and got the record, but I didn't beat it. I overcame this setback by training for months and appearing on a LIVE Blue Peter show on my birthday a few months later, where I smashed the Guinness World Record, took it home and secured my place in the Guinness Book of World Records.

     

    I want people to remember that I cared about making a difference in people's lives to make them feel good, and that I provided the help and support that I could for them to excel in their lives.

    Life is full of challenges, it's not what you face, it's how you overcome it.

    What is the biggest obstacle you faced and how did you overcome it?

     

     

    The biggest obstacle I have faced would have to be my arm going through a window and my artery being severed. It's a miracle I'm here talking to your readers. God had plans for me to help like-minded leaders and that's what I do now. I'm merely a vessel following a path that is laid out for me and being obedient.

     

    I've had many many other business-related obstacles like I'm sure everyone does, like haters which you turn into your motivators, I always think of the glass being half full and switch a negative into a positive. When the hater bricks get thrown at you, you need to grab them and build your castle! People that I thought were my friend and I can trust have turned on me and use what I taught them against me. Circumvention is the worst. But you know... it's ok as long as you learn and grow from it. To all of the people that are no longer in our eZWay Family circle its ok I forgive you. I don't have time to waste. I'm focused and will not let anything derail me.

     

    That is so inspiring!

    Turning haters into motivators and building a castle with hater bricks. Well said and well done!

     

    If you could receive a call with your dream opportunity, what would it be?

     

    This is a really good question, and it took me some time to think about it because there are so many people and directions you could head with an answer like this. Ok so here it goes..... I would

    1. Have God call me and have a really unique conversation with him on how we can best unite and fix this world we are living in currently.

    2. I would like to talk to my past self and give him some advice on some things to do differently.

    3. As far as a dream opportunity, I would want a phone call from the owners of Disney and Viacom to call and say we are stepping down. It's all yours. In Fact, that is the goal to be similar to what Disney has done and have God's Viacom. That we have helped to turn ambitious inspired people into Legends and "Legends into Legacies" through our patented systems. We help to unite the light. Meaning we have brought/guided many to God being the light and reminded many that have forgotten what really matters. Me and my dad being a father son duo have inspired many to appreciate their parents and their parents appreciate their kids. I would like people to remember what eZWay Really stands for (eZ) is Eric Zuley and I have done it my way and we don't care what you have to say. Meaning we are leaders and not followers. We created and built a business from the ashes the red carpet into the phoenix which is the Gold Carpet. I hope that people use our #eZWay and #eZWayFamily long after I'm gone. We hope that this digital ARK we built helps who we were supposed to help. In short eZWay is a family and we need to keep uniting, get away from black and white and remember that the only color that matters is red, the color of someone's heart. We all need to unite, not fight! Thank you for the opportunity to get my message out to your readers!
